The Gymnastic Cup AC tournament will be held on Sunday 5th and Monday 6th May 2019. It is an open event to be held at Carrickmines Croquet and Lawn Tennis club. Further information about the event can be seen in this PDF.
Danny Johnston(C), Andrew Johnston, Simon Williams, Patsy Fitzgerald and Jane Morrison (Sub - Peter Moore) are selected as the Irish team to play in the AC Home Internationals at Buddleigh Salterton on 8/9 June.
This year's Appleton Trophy match between CAI and SCA will be played at Carrickmines on 11/12 May next and the following have been selected to represent CAI:- Jane Morrison, Evan Newell, Nathaniel Healy (C), Alan Looney, Gerard Osborne Burke and Robert Miller. Sub is Dave McGrath.
Please come along or either day to cheer on the home team. Spectators are always very welcome.
The Croquet Association of Ireland is holding its Annual General Meeting in Carrickmines Croquet and Lawn Tennis Club, Glenamuck Road, North, Dublin 18. (2 minute walk from the Carrickmines Luas stop) on Saturday 23rd of March at 1pm.

The annual match between the CAI and the CA selection sides was held at Carrickmines last weekend and, for the third successive time, the CA went away with the trophy. Not even the presence of its original presenter, Myles McWeeney, could get the Irish over the line and a final score of 15 - 9 left no room for argument.
The Irish Open Golf Championship was held at Carrickmines C<C on 15th & 16th Sept 2018.
The winner of the Championship was Harry Dodge from England. He beat Patsy Fitzgerald in the final.
The Handicap Doubles event was won by Anne-Marie McGowan and her son Joseph. They won the match 5-6 where, under the new Irish Golf Handicap system, their target was 5 hoops and their opponents Patsy Fitzgerald and Henry Bagwell( Hurlingham, London) had a target of 8.
